The company founders combined backgrounds in both the brewing industry and precision engineering. This combination provided the basis to offer engineering expertise and industry knowledge - aimed specifically at producing components for brewery packaging lines.

The common requirements of soft drink manufacturers, dairies, beverage processing plants etc. soon created a wide range of customers, both in the U.K. and overseas.
